Shipping is calculated per item based upon the destination. An item can be a single CD/Tape/DVD or a 10 CD/Tape/DVD set. WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA SHIPPING FOR BOX SETS. The shipping charge for each country is based upon a zone or destination as laid out in the table below. All orders are enclosed within self-stick corrugated cardboard for protection.

Please note that we despatch all items under a contract with the British Post Office (Royal Mail). Under this contract UK items are despatched via First Class Mail and everywhere else via Air Mail. The zones are effectively determined by this contract with the Royal Mail. The 27 member states of the EU are split across three different shipping zones. The UK is obviously the UK zone. In the Rest of European Union (EU) zone are the other 14 states who were members of the EU pre 1st May 2004. The 10 countries who joined the EU on 1st May 2004 and the 2 who joined on 1st January 2007 are, for the purposes of the Royal Mail contract, included in the Zone 1 shipping. We apologise for any confusion this may cause and should our contract change we will adjust our prices accordingly.
We will endeavour to comply with any specific delivery requests input at the point of order completion. Please use the message box at the end of the checkout to tell us about any special requests you may have.
We attach your despatch note to the front of the parcel and also email (if an email address was provided) a copy to let you know that the items are on their way. In addition to detailing the items in the parcel, the despatch note will give details of items on the order but not included in the despatch. If we part despatch an order you are only charged the shipping calculated at the time of your order.
