Background: Yehudi Menuhin, the greatest violin virtuoso of the 20th century, moves with his family from California to Gstaad in the mid 1950s. This documentary film includes unreleased recordings of concerts and never before seen private footage of the artist of the century, for the most part originating from his Festival in Gstaad Switzerland. Menuhin pupils recall working with their mentor and his children talk about the relationship with their father. |
