Background: Fredrik Fors made his debut at the age of fifteen, playing Bernhard Crusell's Clarinet Concerto op.5 with the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra. He made his international debut in 1990, when he performed Jean Françaix's Clarinet Concerto with the Austrian Radio (ORF) Symphony Orchestra in Vienna. As a chamber musician, he has been invited to the BBC Proms, the St Magnus Festival, the Juventus Festival, France and numerous festivals in Sweden and Norway. Since 1995, Fredrik Fors has been principal clarinettist of the Oslo Philharmonic.
